APHRODE Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Affiliate”, “you”) and APHRODE Skincare (“Company”, “we”, “us”), and governs your participation in the APHRODE Affiliate Program.

By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have an active social media or online presence. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

  1. Commissions

You will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your unique referral link or discount code. Commission rates will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

  1. Payments

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. Valid payment details must be provided.

  1. Marketing Conduct

Affiliates agree to promote APHRODE products truthfully and ethically. False claims, misleading information, or aggressive sales tactics are strictly prohibited.

  1. Content Guidelines

Content promoting APHRODE must:

  • Clearly reference the APHRODE brand or logo.
  • Include product visuals, personal experience, or honest reviews.
  • Avoid offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.
  1. Content Usage Permission

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you grant APHRODE the right to repost, share, and use any content you publish that references the APHRODE brand or products across our official platforms, including but not limited to the official website, Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media or promotional channels, with appropriate credit given.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any unpaid valid commissions will be settled, and all promotional use of APHRODE assets must cease.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

By checking the box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement.
